Our clinic is led by our founder, Anna Kremerov, an award-winning Nurse Practitioner known for Aesthetic Regenerative Medicine and non-surgical procedures.

When we confidentially discuss your concern and the options we will:

We understand that choosing the right clinic for aesthetic treatment and non-surgical rejuvenation can be confusing. There can be multiple potential different product brands or treatments at very different prices.

However, talking to a professional who has experience in helping other people is always the first step to working out the best options.

We can only do this if you book in for a confidential discussion with one of our experienced practitioners… we can even do this virtually so that you won’t need to travel to find out if we are right for you.

All new patients require a consultation appointment, as it is important to carefully assess your desired look, medical history and identify the most appropriate treatment plan.

No treatment can be provided during your consultation slot.

Our consultations are subject to a fee payable at the time of booking consultation appointment. This fee can be kept on your account for 180 days and be used towards your treatment cost.

For any treatment appointment, we will ask you for a deposit to be paid at the point of booking.

Your session time is reserved especially for you and it is difficult to let other clients know about last-minute availability. We require 48 hours’ notice of an appointment cancellation.

If you wish to cancel or rearrange appointments, we kindly ask you to give us at least 48 hours’ notice. The deposit/consultation fee can be refunded upon request as long as you give us 48 hours’ notice.

By making the booking, you accept and agree to the appointment booking and cancellation policy.
