For New Patients
It is always best to discuss your needs in a face-to-face consultation when Anna can assess your facial anatomy and make tailored recommendations that are likely to help you achieve the best possible outcomes.
All new patients require a consultation appointment, as it is important to carefully assess your desired look, medical history and identify the most appropriate treatment plan. No treatment can be provided during your consultation slot.
The initial consultation will allow us to do a complete anti-ageing assessment, analysis of your facial structures as well as discuss multiple issues or concerns. You will also get a good understanding of the ageing process and treatment options available to achieve the desired outcome.
Our consultations are subject to a £50 fee payable at the time of booking consultation appointment. This fee can be kept on your account for 180 days and be used towards your treatment cost.
Appointments For Hydrafacial only
All new patients require a consultation appointment. We offer FREE no obligation consolation with our aesthetician Erika to discuss your needs to help you achieve the best possible outcome. Subject to your consultation outcome, the treatment will be provided immediately after your consultation.
For our appointments with an aesthetician, we will take a £25 deposit at the time of booking. The £25 deposit can be redeemable towards your treatment cost or can be refunded to you upon request as long as you attend your appointment or give us 48 hours’ cancellation notice. If you cancel or reschedule your consultation outside of the 48 hours cancellation window (or appointment “no shows”), the deposit will be forfeited and no longer available to redeem against treatment.
For any treatment appointment, we will ask you for a deposit to be paid at the point of booking.
For Single Treatment type appointment (with Anna), we require a £50 deposit. If you have been advised to book a Combined Treatment, please contact our clinic, and the team will be happy to help.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
Your session time is reserved especially for you and it is difficult to let other clients know about last-minute availability. We require 48 hours’ notice of an appointment cancellation.
If you wish to cancel or rearrange appointments, we kindly ask you to give us at least 48 hours’ notice. The deposit/consultation fee can be refunded upon request as long as you give us 48 hours’ notice.
By making the booking, you accept and agree to the appointment booking and cancellation policy.
