Who is Anna Kremerov?

A clinical career spanning nursing, critical care and advanced aesthetics

Anna Kremerov is an Advanced Nurse Practitioner and Independent Nurse Prescriber who founded Anna Medical Aesthetics in Swindon.

Her clinical background began in nursing and included work in intensive care. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Anna returned to intensive care at Great Western Hospital — an experience documented independently in professional and local media.

Today, her work centres on advanced facial aesthetics: assessing how skin quality, collagen, facial support, volume, expression and symmetry interact, then planning treatment as a whole rather than treating isolated lines in isolation.

Anna completed a Level 7 in Injectables for Aesthetic Medicine with The Cosmetic Courses in 2018 and holds an MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice. She is also a Sinclair Key Opinion Leader & National Trainer and an Evolus Faculty Member & Trainer.

Clinical philosophy

A whole-face approach to mature facial rejuvenation

“I don't believe mature facial rejuvenation is about chasing individual lines. Ageing happens at different levels: skin quality changes, collagen reduces, support and volume change, pigmentation can become more visible, and the way the face moves also evolves. My role is to understand which of those changes matter for each patient and build a treatment plan that works as a whole.”Anna Kremerov

Anna's consultations are designed for patients who value medical expertise, clinical judgement and a sophisticated long-term approach to non-surgical rejuvenation.

Rather than starting with a product or a single treatment area, the assessment starts with the face: anatomy, proportions, skin quality, movement, support, previous treatments, medical history and the patient's own priorities.

Skin qualityPigmentation, texture and visible signs of ageing
Collagen & laxityChanges in firmness, elasticity and tissue quality
Volume & supportStructural change across the midface, lower face and profile
MovementExpression, muscle activity and dynamic lines
Balance & symmetryFacial proportion, asymmetry and complex cases
Combination planningInjectables, regenerative approaches, skin treatments and energy-based options
